✘ Enamel condition — hypersensitivity, cracks, or significant loss of tooth tissue.
✘ Pregnancy and breastfeeding — the procedure is not performed during these periods, nor during the planning stages (IVF).
✘ Age under 16–18 years — we do not recommend teeth whitening until the formation and complete mineralization of the enamel is finished.

The dentist creates custom-fitted trays based on impressions of your teeth. You fill them with a professional lower-concentration gel and wear them for a few hours a day or overnight. Intensive Whitening

The procedure is performed by a dentist and takes about 60 minutes. A high-concentration whitening gel is applied to the teeth and activated using a special light or chemical catalyst. This is the ideal option if you want immediate results.

Please note that the tooth whitening process is highly individual. The final effect depends on the genetic structure of the tooth and its natural pigment. Consequently, the clinic cannot guarantee the achievement of a specific shade on the VITA scale. Clinical experience shows that approximately 20% of patients may demonstrate reduced sensitivity to whitening agents. The degree of lightening varies from a subtle correction (2 shades) to deep whitening (5 or more shades).

How long do the whitening results last?

With proper care, the results last from 1 to 2 years. The duration of the effect depends on your habits, such as coffee, tea, and wine consumption, as well as smoking. Having a professional hygiene treatment every six months helps maintain the whiteness much longer. It is also essential to visit your dentist every six months for a routine check-up.

What is a "white diet" and why is it necessary?

For the first 7–10 days after the procedure, the enamel is particularly susceptible to pigments. To lock in the results, it is necessary to avoid foods and drinks with intense colors: red wine, coffee, strong tea, berries, soy sauce, and beets.

Can fillings, crowns, or veneers be whitened?

No, whitening agents only work on natural tooth tissues. If you have restorations in your smile zone, their color will not change. We recommend performing whitening first, waiting 2 weeks for the color to stabilize, and then replacing old fillings or crowns to match the new shade.

Is professional teeth whitening safe for the enamel?

Yes, it is absolutely safe. The system works by breaking down only the organic pigments that caused the discoloration. The structure and density of the enamel remain unaffected. Furthermore, in-office whitening is performed under strict professional supervision, eliminating the risk of tissue damage that often occurs with unmonitored at-home whitening attempts.

Is the procedure painful and will my teeth be sensitive afterwards?

The procedure itself is usually painless, but during treatment or within the first 24–48 hours afterwards, you may experience increased tooth sensitivity to hot or cold. This is a temporary process. After the whitening session in the clinic, a special enamel-strengthening and sensitivity-reducing gel is applied to the teeth. Will teeth whitening help if one tooth has darkened after root canal treatment?

Standard external whitening may not be effective in this case, as the discoloration occurs from within. However, modern dentistry offers internal tooth whitening (endodontic whitening). The doctor places a special gel inside the tooth, which restores its natural shade and aligns it with the overall color of your smile.
